Qingdao chengenxin industry and trade Co., Ltd was established in 1995. The plant covers about 15, 000 square meters, and is a fully integrated manufacturer of molds, die casting, aluminum alloy high strength squeeze casting, plastic injection moldings, 3D printing and CNC machining.

With 9 die casting machine, 4 squeeze casting machine, 5 injection molding equipment, 3CNC machine center and other assistance equipment more than 50 sets to reach one-stop shopping service.

We have developed high-strength aluminum squeeze casting equipment and production process, due to the simultaneous existence of high-pressure solidification and plastic deformation, the produced parts have no common defects such as shrinkage and porosity, the structure is fine, and the mechanical properties are much higher than similar castings. The method reaches the level of hot forging technology; No feeder feeding and final cleaning are required, so the utilization rate of liquid metal or alloy is high, and the process is simplified. It has been put into the development and production of high-strength aluminum alloy products such as vehicle lightweight products, power facilities, and emu parts.
