Our factory covers approximately 9000 square meters and is a fully integrated manufacturer specializing in aluminum die casting, high-strength aluminum squeeze casting, CNC machining, plastic injection molding, 3D printing, and mold development.

With 7 sets of squeeze die casting machines, 5 sets of plastic injection molding machines, and over 20 sets of CNC machining machines, along with more than 50 sets of auxiliary machines, we provide one-stop manufacturing solutions from mold development to casting, precision machining, and surface finishing.

We have independently developed high-strength aluminum squeeze casting equipment and production technology. Through the combined action of high-pressure solidification and plastic deformation, this process effectively eliminates common casting defects such as shrinkage and porosity, resulting in a denser structure and significantly improved mechanical properties compared with conventional die castings.

The mechanical properties of aluminum squeeze castings can approach the level of hot-forged components made from 5-series or 6-series aluminum alloys, while maintaining the advantages of casting processes. In addition, the process does not require feeders or extensive post-cleaning, which improves metal utilization and simplifies production.
