CEX Die Casting Capacity
CEX has multiple die casting prodcution lines, which can achieve significant production capacity , ensuring our delivery time and stable and continuous supply volume. Tis is particularly important for components with high annual demand .
We can Establish specilized production lines, fixex equipment and prodcution personnel, produce multiple sets of molds, and use multiple die-casting machines for long-term cooperative customers. But you only need to bear the cost of one set of moulds when developing the prodcut . Our company will bear the cost of later mold maintenance and repair, as well as the cost of reopening the mold after reaching its lifespan, and adding one set of molds to ensure prodcution capacity .
According to different die-casting processes, our daily production of a single die-casting machine ranges from 900-1600 Pieces .
CEX Could provide secondary processing for die castings
For precision and complex shaped parts, secondary processing is required on the basis of die-casting blanks to achieve specific structures, surface finishes, strict tolerances ,and meet drawing requirements .
CEX is equipped with a professional CNC processing workshop. The secondary processing we could do includes: cutting, drilling, tapping, milling, polishing, and CNC machining Etc. Capable of delivering various types of aluminum alloy parts that require high precision and complex shapes.
CEX Special Processing Capabilities
In addition to conventional die castings, CEX is able to provide high strength, high density, high pressure resistance and weldable quality die castings based on our own R&D capabilities and patented equipment.
Our high quality die castings eliminate internal porosity and give a highly dense internal structure.
T6--Could do T6 heat treatment to further improve mechanical properties.

Surface treatment CEX could provide
1) Decorative surfaces can be treated with painting, chrome and phosphating, electroplating, powder spraying, and surface ceramicization.
2) To prevent environmental corrosion, anodizing and spraying can be used. It should be noted that aluminum alloy die-casting parts can only be anodized in black, while spraying can be done in multiple colors.
3) Spray coating: used for decoration, protection, signage, etc., and can hide small surface defects when applied.
4) Electroplating: Make die-casting beautiful, improve density, and corrosion resistance. Castings that require electroplating must not have casting defects.
5) Electrostatic spraying: To achieve a beautiful and smooth surface for die castings and improve corrosion resistance.

We design and machine all of our aluminium die-cast parts molds ourselves. This can provide you with the following benefits:
1. We do design the right number of cavities , taking into account the volume of purchases and the structure of the part. The higher the number of cavities, the higher the output, but the higher the tooling costs. A higher number of cavities is beneficial for high volume deliveries, but brings with it an increase in first input costs. We will weigh up the options and help our customers to determine the most suitable solution.
2. We can guarantee the quality of the mould and the delivery time. The quality of the moulds is a key factor in ensuring the quality of the product. We can also avoid delivery delays due to mould failures.
3. Our mould prices are all exfactory and competitive, helping our customers to reduce the initial investment in their projects. This is particularly important for projects with low annual purchase volumes or new developments where market demand is uncertain.
4. Customers do not have to worry about the life of their moulds. We can carry out regular mould repairs and maintenance, and develop multiple sets of moulds free of charge for longterm customers, who only need to bear the cost of one set of moulds, and all subsequent maintenance costs and new moulds are fully covered by us. The quality control programme for different parts is carried out before the product is produced according to the customer's drawing requirements.

Our inspection room is equipped with advanced quality testing equipment and experienced quality management personnel. From raw materials to finished products, from first parts to large batches, from samples to large shipments, every step of the process is subject to strict quality inspection.
